For your comfort and convenience, Heavenly Arms Home Care Services is pleased to assist with your transportation needs. To meet insurance and liability requirements, we require the use of your personal vehicle for these services. With your written authorization, our caregivers are permitted to drive your vehicle and will ensure you safely enter and exit. Please ensure that the vehicle has up-to-date license plates, registration, and insurance. All transportation arrangements should be scheduled in advance with our team at Heavenly Arms.
